Follow these steps to cancel a booking:
- Navigate to your bookings list within the system.
- Hover over the booking you wish to cancel. Click the “Edit” option that appears.
- On the right side of the screen, locate the booking status dropdown menu. Change the status of the booking to “Cancelled”.
- Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
When a booking is cancelled, the guest will receive an email notifying them that their booking has been cancelled.
