Offering additional services such as airport transfers, pet accommodations, or extra beds can increase your revenue and improve guest satisfaction. By allowing guests to choose extra services during checkout, you can:
- Provide a more personalized stay
- Offer convenience and comfort
- Upsell relevant amenities and increase booking value
Follow the steps below to add extra services to your booking checkout:
Create a New Service
- In your account dashboard, go to Accommodation > Services.
- Click Add New.
- Fill in the Title, Description, Price, and Periodicity of the service.
- Click Publish.
Assign Services to an Accommodation Type
- Go to Accommodation > Accommodation Types.
- Hover over the accommodation title you want to edit and click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Available Services section.
- Select the services you want to offer during checkout.
- Click Update.
Now, guests booking this accommodation will see your selected services during checkout and can choose them before completing their reservation.
