Integrating your BNBForms account with PriceLabs allows you to automate your pricing strategy and keep your accommodation rates dynamically updated based on demand, seasonality, and market trends.
To connect your PriceLabs account, follow these steps:
- Contact our team to enable the PriceLabs integration module in your BNBForms account.
- Log in to your PriceLabs account.
- Open the PriceLabs API settings page.
- Enable API access and wait for approval from the PriceLabs team.
- Once approved, go to your BNBForms Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > PriceLabs.
- Paste your API key into the appropriate field and click Save.
- After saving, you will see options to map your properties and start syncing prices.
Important Notes:
- If a property is connected and synced with PriceLabs, you do not need to create rates manually for this property in BNBForms. All pricing will be managed and updated automatically via the integration.
- If you add a new property in BNBForms, you will need to map it with PriceLabs manually and start syncing prices for that property.
