This guide will walk you through adding BNBForms support operator as a collaborator on your Wix.com website. By granting collaborator access, our support team can assist with managing specific aspects of your site without needing full admin privileges.
- Access the Wix Dashboard
Log in to your Wix account and navigate to the dashboard for the relevant website.
- Open Roles & Permissions
From the Wix dashboard, locate the “Settings” section and click on “Roles & Permissions.”
- Invite Collaborators
Within “Roles & Permissions,” find the “Invite Collaborators” button and click on it.
- Enter Collaborator Details
Enter the email address of the support operator you want to add as a collaborator, choose the “Website Manager” role and click “Send Invite”.
The invited collaborator will receive an email notification with instructions to accept the invitation.
You can manage existing collaborators and their assigned roles by going back to the “Roles & Permissions” section.
Important: After our support operators have completed their tasks, it’s required to remove their collaborator access to maintain control of your website.
