- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 12pm, and check-out time is at 10am. Please inform us if you need to make special arrangements.

- Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 14 days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
