- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time starts at 2pm and ideally before 5pm (later time or earlier times can sometimes be arranged depending on other bookings. Free of charge), and check-out time is at 11am (depending on availability later times can be arranged free of charge).
- Meals: Three meals per day are tailored to your taste and included in your stay. They are tailored by our private chef with what is available on our island. Special ingredients that cannot be sourced on our island can be ordered in advance with an extra cost do not hesitate to ask. We will adapt to your diet requirements. We do not cater medical or religious food as our kitchen is not equipped for this.
- Drinks: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic house drinks are available. Please enquire with us that your drinks of choice are there we will order for you anything you may like and do our best effort to be included in your stay as well. For super premium or drinks that cannot be found on our island we will be happy to order it for you at an extra cost.
- Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
- Visitors Policy: We have a strict no visitor policy as it is part of our concept.
- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
- Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available at your villa and at our beach lounge.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns at any time and immediately during your stay we are different and here to do our very best and improve. Do not hesitate we will do all we can with the capacity of our team and ressources to assist you.
