Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 4.00pm, and check-out time is at 10.00am. Please inform us if you need to make any special arrangements.
  2. Breakfast: Your breakfast is served weekdays from 7.30am-8.30am and weekends 8.00-9.00am. Please fill out the breakfast form using the QR code provided on the dining table when you arrive.
  3. Dinner: We offer dinner reservations in advance only. Please see the website for up-to-date options and prices.
  4. Food: Outside food is not allowed other than snacks. Please don;t eat in your rooms.
  5. Noise: Please respect the calmness of the environment and other guests by not playing loud music and keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
  6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises or gardens.
  7. Pets Policy: Pets are strictly not allowed.
  8. Visitors Policy: Non-guests are not allowed on the property at any time.
  9. Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables safe in your locked room if required.
  10. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels during your stay. Linen change will only be offered for stays of 5 days or longer.
  11. Parking: Parking is provided for guests only. Please park in designated area.
  12. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas. You will find the password on the info sheet in your room.
  13. Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with the emergency exit options. In case of any emergency, dial 999 and inform us of the issue as soon as possible.
  14. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave without refund.
  15. Room Key: Do not share your room key with others. Lost keys must be reported to us immediately, a fee of £15 will apply.
  16. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please feel comfortable to share your comments or concerns with us directly so that we can improve our services.
  17. Payment: Payment is required in full prior to arrival. We accept all credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments for dinner can be included on the room rate during booking, otherwise cash or card is accepted on the night.
  18. Refund Policy: Refundable room rates will incur a 10% admin fee. The first night will be payable within 2 days of the booking.
  19. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and unplugging electronic devices when not in use.
  20. Water Conservation: Our mountain fresh water comes straight out the ground from our borehole and is treated naturally. Therefore please consider and conserve water wherever possible.
