Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require special arrangements, please contact management in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment &amp; Booking:<\/strong> Full payment is charged upon booking via credit or debit card through our secure payment system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy:<\/strong> Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. A $15.00 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>100% Smoke-Free Property:<\/strong> Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor areas. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any violation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quiet Hours:<\/strong> Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pet Policy:<\/strong> Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made for designated pet-friendly accommodations. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional cleaning fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visitors &amp; Registered Guests:<\/strong> Guest rooms are intended for registered guests only. Non-registered visitors are not permitted in rooms overnight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damages &amp; Missing Items:<\/strong> Guests are responsible for any property damage, missing items, or excessive mess requiring deep cleaning caused during the stay, which will be charged directly to the card on file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking &amp; Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Complimentary parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided for all registered guests during their stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
