- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Designated smoking areas are Ńourtyard. The fine for smoking inside the hotel is 1200 zlotys.
- Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply (100 PLN).

- Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change will be done every 3 days or upon request.

- Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 3 days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
