Casale dell’Amicizia – Giove, Italy
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in the Art Workshop hosted by Master Artist John Robbolino Jr. at Casale dell’Amicizia, Giove, Italy.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Participation in the workshop requires a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00. Submission of the deposit constitutes acceptance of all terms contained herein and forms a binding agreement between the participant and John Robbolino Jr. , and Casale dell’Amicizia. The remaining balance of $2,700.00 is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the workshop start date. Total workshop cost: $3,700.00 per person.
Early Payment Discount:
Participants who pay the full amount at the time of booking will receive a $100.00 discount, reducing the total cost to $3,600.00. Art supplies are not included and will be billed separately based on individual needs and paid prior to arrival.
Friendly Traveling Tips:
Try to book early, the earlier the better so you can save money on all airfare, rental cars, and rooms and your package stay and Tours. It all adds up to saving and the more money in your pocket the happier you will be. Travel Insurance Recommendation. Don’t forget to make copies of your passports and leave them with loved ones just in case you loss it. Also, from experience make a tag on your luggage with some sort of symbol or Identification place it near the top handle and take a picture of it, save in your phone. Should your baggage become loss in travel, they will be able to find it in the sea of luggage….. in that (endless sea of bags!). Trust me it works!!!!

2. ACCOMMODATIONS
Rates Accordingly:
1. Single Artist Package Rates $3700.00
2. Artists Shared Room on Package Rates Discount $200.00 each person.
3. Single Artist and Partner/ Spouse Package Fee for Artist and Room Pricing for Guest.

In the event of overbooking due to large groups, comparable or upgraded accommodations will be arranged nearby. Please note that pricing may vary, as Casale dell’Amicizia does not control third-party accommodation rates.
3. TRANSPORTATION (NOT INCLUDED)
Transportation fees are not included in the workshop price. Private driver service may be arranged for a fee. * Orte Train Station* Attigliano Train Station* Airport transfers are available upon request and will incur an additional fee. *
4. CONDUCT & DIPLOMACY REQUIREMENTS
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect, responsibility, and cultural awareness at all times.
Wine Consumption
Wine is offered during aperitifs and dinners as part of Italian culture. Excessive consumption is strictly prohibited due to safety and liability concerns. Participants must comply with all Italian laws and regulations and remember they are representing their country abroad.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, studio, guest rooms, and grounds. Smoking is permitted only outside the property boundaries or in designated areas.
Drugs
Drugs, marijuana, or any other recreations drugs are strictly prohibited, and Casale Dell Amicizia follows all of Italian and international law. Participants must comply with all Italian laws and regulations and remember they are representing their country abroad.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Casale dell’Amicizia, John Robbolino Jr., and Daidone expressly disclaim all liability for loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation, including but not limited to: Personal injury or illness Illegal infractions Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings Accidents related to property conditions or utilities Participants are financially responsible for any damage they cause to: Furniture, fixtures, or furnishings Artwork, décor, or property grounds Repair or replacement costs may be charged directly to the participant’s credit card.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to advance commitments and limited availability: Deposits and course fees are non-refundable within 45 days of the workshop start date. Room fees are non-refundable. Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
(Casale dell’Amicizia Art Workshops)
Non-Refundable Rate
All payments made under a non-refundable rate are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Standard Workshop Rate (Refundable with Conditions) Cancellations made more than 45 days before the workshop start date may be eligible for a refund of course fees only. The deposit is non-refundable. Room and accommodation fees are non-refundable once booked. Late Cancellations made within 45 days of the workshop start date will result in no refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, up to the day before arrival, will incur a 50% charge of the total workshop package. From the day before arrival onward, 100% of the total workshop cost will be charged.
Replacement Courtesy Policy
If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another approved participant. If a replacement is secured, fees may be credited toward a future Casale dell’Amicizia workshop, subject to availability. If a replacement is secured, the paid amount may be refunded or transferred. Otherwise, fees may be applied toward a future Italy workshop.
7. FORCE MAJEURE / UNFORESEEN EVENTS
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to: Government actions or restrictions Natural disasters or adverse weather International conflicts or emergencies
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Participants are solely responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and travel documentation required for entry into Italy.
9. GUEST REMOVAL
Casale dell’Amicizia reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. Removal will be without refund. We have these rules in place so this way all guests are held to a standard of respect for one another and that it will insure a gracious and wonderful time for all guests.
10. HEALTH & INSURANCE
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel and health insurance. As of May 2022, Italy does not require COVID-19 vaccination or masking. Casale dell’Amicizia assumes no responsibility for illness. If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 during their stay, immediate room quarantine is strongly recommended.
11. CONFIRMATION
By submitting payment and confirming participation, the participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable artistic experience in Italy
