The villa is in the heart of Seminyak, just 100 metres from Eat Street and close to everything that makes this area so special. Because we are also about 250 metres from a few lively bars, you may notice some background sounds at night. We like to think it is a fair trade for the convenience of being so close to all the fun, dining and shopping that Seminyak is known for.

*** Guests who wish to check in after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge should it not be included as part of your stay.
****Additional Guests over the included guest numbers(total of adults & children) are charged at AUD 50 per night per person. Infants (under 2 years old) who are included in the guest quota are eligible for a complimentary cot, stroller & highchair.
