* Standard Butler working hours are 8 am – 4 pm or by negotiation. Overtime hours will incur an extra small hourly fee.
** Cost of meals is at an additional cost and can be found on our in-villa menus. Villa prepared means are not available on the day of arrival, but available for all full days and morning of departure.
*** Guests who wish to check in after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge should it not be included as part of your stay.
****Additional Guests over the included guest numbers(total of adults & children) are charged at AUD 50 per night per person. Infants (under 2 years old) who are included in the guest quota are eligible for a complimentary cot, stroller & highchair. Infants (under 2 years old) who exceed the included guest quota will be charged a nightly fee of AUD 20 per night, which will also include: a cot, stroller & highchair bundle.
*****Stays less than 5 nights do not include airport transfers but can be arranged for a fee of $30 per car. Stays less than the seasonal minimum do not include airport transfers.
