Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 10:00. Early check-in may be available upon request and must be confirmed by the host.
Restaurants around the house: The host provides a physical guide about the best restaurants in the area. You will find this guide on the desk, in the bedroom. A digital version of this guide can be requested before check-in.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed in the house.
Lost or Damaged Items: The host is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Guests are responsible to lock the entrance door.
Towels and Linens: Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. We kindly ask that they are not taken from the property.
Parking: It is not allowed to park right next the house. You will find free parking in the main street in Via Zanardelli or in Piazza Taranto.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available. You will find the password in the welcome guide on the desk.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Keys: Do not share the keys with others. Lost keys need to be reported to the host immediately. Keys needs to be put back in the key box at checkout. The code will be provided by the host.
Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the host so she can improve her services and customer experience.
Payment: Payment is required before check-in. We accept bank transfer and Paypal. The code from the key box won’t be shared until the full amount of the booking is received by the host.
Refund Policy:Refundable rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After this deadline, the deposit is non-refundable. Non-refundable rate: The total amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation at any time.
Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
Water Consumption : We kindly ask guests to be mindful of their water consumption, especially during the summer months. The water tank is refilled daily by the local council, and water reserves are more limited during this time.
