Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is at 11am. Please inform Fisher Outfitters if you need to make special arrangements.
  2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the ice castle and ice shack.
  3. Verbal abuse or harassment: Any verbal abuse or harassment towards Fisher Outfitter employees will not be tolerated. Your reservation will be canceled without refund and you will be banned from using our services.
  4. Pets Policy: Pets, unless service pets, are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
  5. Lost or Damaged Items: Fisher Outfitters is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  6. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Please leave the rental in the same condition as it was when you checked in. If the ice shack or ice castle are left in a mess, a $600 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
  7. Towels and Linens: Fisher Outfitters does not provide bedding, pillow, towels or other linens.
  8. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided. Please park in designated areas.
  9. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, a contact phone number will be provided when you check in.
  10. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  11. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the Fisher Outfitters so that we can improve our services.
  12. Payment: Payment is required at check-in. We accept [insert accepted payment methods].
  13. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made [insert number] days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
