Villa Campalli is a stunning 16th-century villa set in the heart of Chianti, just 19 Km from Siena and surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and panoramic views stretching across the Tuscan countryside. The villa sits on a secluded hilltop position offering 360-degree vistas, including the towers of San Gimignano on clear days.

Part of a prestigious wine estate producing Chianti Classico, this beautifully restored farmhouse combines authentic Tuscan character with modern comforts, making it the perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The highlight of Villa Campalli is its enchanting internal courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy alfresco dining in a setting of timeless charm.

The private swimming pool is perfectly placed to take in the stunning views, especially during sunset, creating unforgettable moments of peace and beauty. Inside, the villa retains its original stone structure, providing excellent insulation for summer stays, while the spacious interiors include a grand vaulted living room, a billiards area, and a large kitchen with direct access to the courtyard.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms across two floors. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with vaulted ceilings opening to the courtyard and garden, divided into dining, sitting, and billiard areas. A large kitchen and dining room also open to the courtyard with a dining table and seating area. There is a TV room with satellite TV, one twin bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and a room with a traditional bread oven. On the first floor, one wing includes a master suite with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a sitting room with fireplace and piano leading to a patio with table tennis. A separate wing, accessed by its own staircase, features a master bedroom with a sitting area and en-suite bathroom, offering additional privacy.

POOL
The private fenced swimming pool measures 12m x 6m and enjoys panoramic views. It is open from 15 May to 30 September.

EXTRAS (PAYABLE LOCALLY)
Heating on request according to consumption, pets on request to be agreed with the owner, tourist tax as applied by the local municipality and payable directly upon arrival, refundable security deposit of €1,000 in cash, late arrival fees of €50 for arrivals after 8 pm and €100 after 10 pm, all late arrivals must be agreed in advance.
