Set on a vast 18th-century oil-producing estate just 10km north of Lucca and only 30 minutes from the Tuscan coast, La Limonaia is a charming property offering an authentic Italian escape. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and olive groves yet only a short walk (700 metres) to the nearest village with shops and restaurants, this delightful estate combines rustic Tuscan character with modern comforts, making it ideal for families and large groups.
Comprising two beautifully restored farmhouses — La Limonaia Grande and La Limonaia Piccola — the estate offers accommodation for up to 16 guests. The two houses face each other across a pretty fruit orchard with terraces shaded by grapevine-covered pergolas, perfect for al fresco dining. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the large private pool is both heated and securely fenced, making it perfect for families with children.

Ground Floor: Large fully equipped kitchen and dining room designed by Barthel of Florence with French doors opening to south and west-facing terraces for al fresco dining, BBQ, and pizza oven (seating up to 16). Comfortable sitting room with open fireplace, holiday reading, and games for all ages. WC.
Mezzanine Floor: Sitting area leading to Bedroom 5 with four-poster double bed and en suite bathroom.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: King-size double with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Twin or double with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Twin or double. Bedroom 4: Twin room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom.
La Limonaia Piccola (Sleeps 6):
Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen/dining area with access to south terrace, sitting room with fireplace, well-stocked bookcase, secret staircase leading to the original cantina now housing table tennis, table football, and laundry room.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: King-size double with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Twin or double. Bedroom 3: Twin room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

Private fenced and gated pool (12 x 6m) with heating available on request. Surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and a pergola with table and chairs for relaxing drinks.
