A $50 pet fee applies per pet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lost or Damaged Items:<\/strong> The Willow is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables locked in your room throughout the duration of your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Housekeeping:<\/strong> Daily housekeeping is not provided. Please contact us if you would like your room cleaned. Additional cleaning fee may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Each room is supplied with two bath towels, two face towels, two hand towels, and one cosmetic cloth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free Wi-Fi is available throughout The Willow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures posted on the wall next to the door of each room. In case of an emergency, dial 911.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in management requesting the guest to leave without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Room Key \/ Self Check-in: <\/strong>If an attendant is not on site to give your the key to your room, lockbox code information will be provided for self check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feedback:<\/strong> We value your feedback.
