We do allow early check ins and late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25\/hour. Please email cottagesatpennyscove@gmail.com if you need to make special arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.<\/li><li><strong>Check in: <\/strong>Self check-in with lockbox.<\/li><li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside every the cottage. <\/li><li><strong>Pets Policy:<\/strong> 1 pet is allowed per reservation. Please notify us in advance if you&#8217;re bringing a pet.<\/li><li><strong>Lost or Damaged Items:<\/strong> Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items. <\/li><li><strong>Housekeeping:<\/strong> Cottages will be cleaned between each reservation &#8211; housekeeping fees are applied at checkout for each booking.  <\/li><li><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Towels and linens will be provided in each cottage. <\/li><li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided for guests. <\/li><li><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available in each cottage. <\/li><li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Payment is required at the time of booking. <\/li><li><strong>Deposit: <\/strong>A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is fully refundable upon a damage inspection of the accommodations.<\/li><li><strong>Before you leave: <\/strong>Gather used towels, throw trash away and return keys in the lockbox.<\/li><li><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> 100% refunds are provided for cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made 7 days prior to the reservation date.
