Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in after 4:00 pm, and check-out before 11:00 am. We do allow early check ins and late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. Please email [email protected] if you need to make special arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Check in: Self check-in with lockbox.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside every the cottage.
Pets Policy: 1 pet is allowed per reservation. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
Lost or Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
Housekeeping: Cottages will be cleaned between each reservation – housekeeping fees are applied at checkout for each booking.
Towels and Linens: Towels and linens will be provided in each cottage.
Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for guests.
Wi-Fi: Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available in each cottage.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking.
Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is fully refundable upon a damage inspection of the accommodations.
Before you leave: Gather used towels, throw trash away and return keys in the lockbox.
Refund Policy: 100% refunds are provided for cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made 7 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
