House Rules

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 11am. Please inform your host if you need to make special arrangements.
  2. Breakfast: A one-time welcome basket will be in your casita upon check -in. It includes farm fresh eggs, baked bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea and milk. If you would like to order additional items found in your welcome basket arrangements can be made with your host.
  3. Menu/meals: Your host may offer a menu for on-site food service. Please contact them about menu availability.
  4. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  5. Smoking: Smoking is to be conducted outside the Casitas.
  6. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
  7. Visitors Policy: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms after 10 pm. Visitors must announced to hosts.
  8. Lost or Damaged Items: The Hush Valley is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  9. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping can be provided. Please contact your host for arrangements.
  10. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change, or towel refresh will be done every 3 days or upon request.
  11. River swimming: There is no life guard on duty. Please use common sense, and do not swim after dark.
  12. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.
  13. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will obtain the password upon check in.
  14. Emergency Procedures: Costa Rica has a 911 emergency telephone system. Please also let you host know of any emergencies so we can make arrangements to guide emergency services into the correct area.
  15. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  16. Room Key Cards: Do not share your room key code with others. Lost keys will incur a $25.00 replacement fee.
  17. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the front desk so that we can improve our services.
  18. Payment: Payment is required at check-in. We accept SINPE, Paypal, Cash ( Colones, dollar, euro), Vias and Mastercard (via emailed invoice through Wetravel.)
  19. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 14 days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  20. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use. Please only the soaps and detergents provided by Hush Valley.
