House Rules

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 10am. Please inform us if you need to make special arrangements.
  2. Coffee and Tea: Complimentary daily. Enjoy a variety of options to start your day right.
  3. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all our neighbours.
  4. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
  5. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
  6. Visitors Policy: Non-registered guests are not allowed in the cabin after 9pm.
  7. Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
  8. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change will be done every 3rd day or upon request.
  9. Toilet etiquette : As the cabin operates on a delicate septic system, please do not put anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Use the provide waste bin for sanitary napkins / tampons and makeup wipes.
  10. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided. Please park in designated areas.
  11. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in the cabin. Password is provided on the guest flyer.
  12. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 111.
  13. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  14. Room Key Cards: Do not share your room key or fob with others. Lost key or fob should be reported to the us immediately.
  15. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with us directly so that we can improve our services.
  16. Payment: Deposit is required at booking. Full Payment is required 2 days prior to checkin. Full payment may be required when booking on certain long holiday weekends.
  17. Refund Policy: Full refunds for cancellations made 5 days prior to the reservation date will be provided in full. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  18. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
