Please remember to remove all personal items prior to departure as we are not responsible for their return.<\/li><li><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Guest will be responsible for replacing any damaged towels or linens including tears or stains.<\/li><li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided including 2 spaces.<\/li><li><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free Wi-Fi is provided. The passcode is provided in the unit.<\/li><li><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> In an extreme emergency please dial 911. Please advise Kenny immediately by text message or phone call at (228)327-8157.<\/li><li><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner, including not being loud or disruptive. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.<\/li><li><strong>NO Parties or Large Gatherings:<\/strong> Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.<\/li><li><strong>Minimum Age Requirement: <\/strong> The booking guest MUST be a minimum age of 25 years of age and must be present during the duration of the stay.
