Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is at 10am.
  2. Cellar Door Add-Ons: You may choose to include any add-ons at the time of booking or decide after arrival (an information flyer is provided in your suite). To book experiences, please arrange a suitable time with us after check-in (& before 8pm):
    • In-Room Wine & Platter – $59 per person. We’ll deliver a curated tasting of three wines, with a generous platter and tasting notes for you to enjoy at your own pace.
  3. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  4. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless included in your booking. Additional fees apply.
  5. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.
  6. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Please obtain the password from your room – it will also be sent to you the day before check-in.
  7. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less STRIPE processing fees (normally 3% to 5% depending on card type). Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded. Date alterations are considered cancellations and rebooking; alterations cannot be made within 30 days of your original arrival date.
  8. Unforeseen Circumstances & Travel Insurance: We are a small, independent business and are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, weather events, travel disruptions, etc.) within 30 days of arrival. We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such risks. We do not make exceptions to our refund policy under these circumstances.
  9. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve water by keeping water use down especially with showers. Please note we are on tank water.
