Please inform the management if you need to make special arrangements <\/li><li><strong>Quiet Hours:<\/strong> Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.<\/li><li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Airstreams or within 5 feet of the units.  <\/li><li><strong>Pets Policy:<\/strong> No Pets, when the grass is completely in, we will allow pets and this policy is subject to change.<\/li><li><strong>Lost or Damaged Items:<\/strong> The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.<\/li><li><strong>Housekeeping:<\/strong> Daily housekeeping is not provided. <\/li><li><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible.  Linen change will be done after every stay, if more linens are needed please inform the management. <\/li><li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.<\/li><li><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free dedicated Wi-Fi is available in every Suite.  You will be able to access the Wifi with your in room instructions. <\/li><li><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> In case of emergency please contact 911, if your phone is not working, there is an emergency phone on the outside of the office. <\/li><li><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.<\/li><li><strong>Room Key:<\/strong> Do not share your room key with others. Lost keys must be reported to the management immediately.<\/li><li><strong>Feedback:<\/strong> We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with management so that we can improve our services.<\/li><li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> A 50% payment is required at booking if more than 14 days in advance.  Within 14 days of your stay a 100% payment is required for booking.<\/li><li><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> Refunds for cancellations made for refundable reservations 14 days prior to the reservation date will be provided.
