No shoes.<br><\/li><li><strong>Not Feeling Well?<\/strong> Do not use the sauna if you are:<br><ul><li>Pregnant (unless cleared by your doctor)<br><\/li><li>Under the influence of drugs or alcohol<br><\/li><li>Feeling dizzy, ill, or overheated<br><\/li><li>Managing heart, lung, or circulatory issues without medical clearance<br><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 DURING YOUR SESSION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Time Limit:<\/strong> 10\u201315 minutes per session. First-time users may start with 5\u201310 minutes.<br><\/li><li><strong>Stay Alert:<\/strong> If you feel lightheaded or unwell, exit immediately.<br><\/li><li><strong>Water Only:<\/strong> No food, alcohol, or glass items allowed.<br><\/li><li><strong>No Oils or Lotions:<\/strong> Fire risk and surface damage.<br><\/li><li><strong>Remove Metal Jewelry:<\/strong> It gets hot and can burn skin.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 AFTER YOUR SESSION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cool Down Slowly:<\/strong> Step outside and rest before rinsing off or re-entering.<br><\/li><li><strong>Hydrate Again:<\/strong> Replenish fluids with water or electrolytes.<br><\/li><li><strong>Limit Use:<\/strong> Maximum 3 sessions per day with at least 10-minute breaks in between.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Do Not Touch the Heater<\/strong> \u2013 It\u2019s extremely hot and can cause serious burns.<br><\/li><li><strong>No Items on the Heater<\/strong> \u2013 Towels and personal belongings are a fire hazard.<br><\/li><li><strong>Children Under 16<\/strong> \u2013 Must be closely supervised.<br><\/li><li><strong>No Sleeping in the Sauna<\/strong> \u2013 This is dangerous and strictly prohibited.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udca7 RELAX.
