House Rules

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is at 12pm (noon). Please inform the front desk if you need to make special arrangements.
  2. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 9pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Designated smoking areas are only on balcony, (1 bdr suite) doors must be shut.
  4. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
  5. Visitors Policy: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms after 10 pm, (2 per suite max).
  6. Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
  7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided, once per week. If you do not wish to be disturbed, just talk to our house keeper which is in the building daily.
  8. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change will be done every 3 days or upon request.
  9. Pool and Rooftop: Operating hours for the pool, rooftop deck and BBQ are 9am to 8pm. Please follow posted rules for usage.
  10. Parking: We don’t provide Parking, we recommend find a spot near the square and avoid curbs painted yellow / garage entrances.
  11. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available inside the suites. Login and passwords will be provide within your check in instructions.
  12. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 911 from a local telephone.
  13. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  14. Room Key Cards: Do not share your room key card with others. Lost key cards can be reported to the front desk immediately, Given our energy servings policy, we only provide 1 card per suite.
  15. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with our house keeper so that we can improve our services.
  16. Payment: Payment is required by the moment you complete the booking. We accept PayPal.
  17. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
  18. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use. Always operate AC with the sliding doors closed, and don’t forget your card key before leaving the Suite.
