- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is around 6:00 pm and check-out time is around 11 am. This is flexible. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements.
- Meals: All meals are provided during your stay. Please let us know of any food allergies you may have so we can try to make arrangements.
- Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 6:30 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but frowned upon for the comfort of our other guests during classes.
- Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed. We do have 3 cats, one indoor/outdoor cat and two indoor cats. They do not have access to the bedrooms and we do keep the B&B very clean of fur.
- Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Housekeeping: The shared bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
- Towels and Linens: We pay for our water usage so please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change can be done in the event of an accident in the room.
- Parking: Complimentary off-street parking is provided for guests. Please park in designated areas.
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our house. Password will be in your room.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures posted behind your door. In case of emergency, dial 911.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Payment: Payment in full is required during booking. We accept credit cards through Stripe and PayPal.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 2 days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
- Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use. Also be mindful of open windows while running the air conditioning.
