Enjoy a variety of options to start your day right.<\/li><li><strong>Restaurant:<\/strong> Our on-site restaurant, offers local cuisine with a la carte menu for dinner. Explore a  menu of delicious dishes right at your doorstep.<\/li><li><strong>Quiet Hours:<\/strong> Respect quiet hours from 22 pm to 9 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.<\/li><li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Designated smoking areas is the main terrace in front of the property.<\/li><li><strong>Pets Policy:<\/strong> Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.<\/li><li><strong>Visitors Policy:<\/strong> Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms. Visitors must register at the front desk. Visitors are welcome on the main terrace.<\/li><li><strong>Lost or Damaged Items:<\/strong> The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.<\/li><li><strong>Housekeeping:<\/strong> Daily housekeeping is provided. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the Do not disturb sign on your door.<\/li><li><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linens and towels change will be done every 3 days .<\/li><li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.<\/li><li><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Please obtain the password at the front desk.<\/li><li><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 122 (police), 123( Fire department)<\/li><li><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.<\/li><li><strong>Room Key :<\/strong> Do not share your room key  with others. Lost key must be reported to the front desk immediately.<\/li><li><strong>Feedback:<\/strong> We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the front desk so that we can improve our services.<\/li><li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Payment is required after the reservation has beed made.We accept Direct bank transfer, Wise transfer, Revolut, Western, Post office , etc. payment methods.<\/li><li><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> Refunds will not be provided. Cancellations made after the reservation has been completed will be charged fully.<\/li><li><strong>Environmental Conservation:<\/strong> Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use,and when out of the apartment.
