House Rules

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 15.00hrs, and check-out time is at 11.00hrs. Please inform the front desk if you need to make special arrangements.
  2. Breakfast: A continental breakfast can be provided and is served daily from 08.30hrs to 10.00hrs. Enjoy a variety of options to start your day right.
  3. Restaurant: We do not provide restaurant facilities. However we have numerous restaurants close by to choose from for lunch and dinner.
  4. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 11.00hrs to 08.00hrs to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  6. Pets Policy: Well behaved no-aggressive and fully vaccinated pets are allowed. They must not be left in the apartments unattended under any circumstances. All owners are responsible for picking up after their dog. Additional fees may apply.
  7. Visitors Policy: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms after 22.00hrs. Visitors must register at the front desk.
  8. Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  9. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis.
  10. Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing apartment and pool towels when possible. Linen change will be done every week.
  11. Pool: Operating hours for the pool are displayed and are seasonal. Children who are unable to swim must be accompanied at all times.
  12. Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.
  13. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartments. The password is contained within the welcome folder.
  14. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial [insert emergency number].
  15. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  16. Room Keys and Gate Opening: Do not share your room key or gate fob with others. Lost keys and fobs will be charged for and should be reported to the management immediately.
  17. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the management so that we can improve our services.
  18. Payment: Payment is required on booking and in full prior to arrival.
  19. Refund Policy: Full refunds for cancellations made 60 days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking.
  20. Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
  21. Air conditioning and heating is provided and we request all are turned off when you are not occupying the rooms.
