Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements.<\/li><li><strong>Quiet Hours:<\/strong> Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.<\/li><li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts. <\/li><li><strong>Pets Policy:<\/strong> One dog is allowed on a case by case basis and may be subject to a pet fee.  Prior arrangements must be made. <\/li><li><strong>Visitors Policy:<\/strong> Non-registered overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval from hosts.<\/li><li><strong>Lost or Damaged Items:<\/strong> We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your stay. Please ensure you lock the cottage and your vehicle to protect your valuables. <\/li><li><strong>Towels and Linens:<\/strong> Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Fresh linen and towel exchanges can be provided for guests staying longer than seven days or upon request.<\/li><li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. Please park in designated areas.<\/li><li><strong>Wi-Fi:<\/strong> Free Wi-Fi is available at the Coastal Cottage. Password will be provided to you upon arrival.<\/li><li><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 999.<\/li><li><strong>Conduct:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.<\/li><li><strong>Parties:  <\/strong>No parties or events.<\/li><li><strong>Feedback:<\/strong> We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with the hosts to ensure all guests have a positive experience during their stay. If you enjoyed your stay, please leave us a review on Google.<\/li><li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Payment is required prior to check-in. We accept cards and bank transfers.<\/li><li><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours to your arrival for a 100% refund.
