Barefoot in the sand and that is what you will have at this 1-bedroom condo that sleeps 4 people. You are only steps away from the beach where it is a wide open space for your enjoyment. This is a 1st floor unit, so you don’t have to wait on any elevator (we don’t have any). You can park right outside your door, which makes it easy to unload and load. King-size bed in master, and (new) sleeper sofa, along with a full kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a full closet, and an armoire for your use. The living room has a new sectional and also a sleeper sofa with a recliner and TV. The living room and open kitchen overlook the tropical pool area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just steps from the beach\/pool and charcoal grills that are available. There are also showers at the pool and the beach to rinse off. There is a dining table in the living area and a full-size appliance kitchen which includes the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We also have a coffee maker and just about everything you will need to prepare a meal. A full-size washer and dryer too! Convenience, comfort and relaxation is what you get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guest will be given a beach access code and door entry code 2-3 days prior to your arrival. You can enjoy our wide-open beaches, pool area, showers, restrooms and charcoal grill area. Better yet there are no parking fees (it’s FREE) and no resort fees, it is all included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will provide 4 beach towels, a beach bag, beach bag cooler, sunscreen, and aloe vera so don’t you don’t have to waste the space in your luggage. Just leave them in the condo when you leave for the next guest or you will be charged $20.00 per item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
