Only steps to the beach! This unit is not beachfront. Direct walk-out access to the pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam topper, TV & ceiling fan. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and 2 recliners for your comfort. The perfect condo for a family of 5 when using the inflatable twin size mattress.
We do have a security camera at the door entrance.
The space
When you arrive at the condo, you will have keyless entry. The code will be given to you 1 week prior to your arrival.
As you walk down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom on your right with the king-size bed, memory foam topper, and nautical decor. Next is the bathroom with a combination shower and tub, plenty of fresh towels, a blow dryer, makeup towels, and a magnifying mirror. As you walk out of the bathroom the washer and dryer are right there for your convenience.
Walk down the hall to the full kitchen on the right and the living room is straight ahead with an awesome view of the pool just beyond the patio. Open sliding glass door to access the nice size patio with table & chairs with seating for 4.
We provide several items that might otherwise take up valuable space in your luggage, such as laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, sunscreen, aloe vera, beach towels, beach bag, cooler, beach chairs, toys, etc.
Guest access
You will be provided with a parking pass. Although there are no assigned parking spaces, there is ample parking right outside this unit.

This is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Guests enjoy this east end of Panama City Beach due to the reduced traffic and congestion.
