First-Floor Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

BEACHSIDE and pool view! 1-bedroom condo is a BOTTOM FLOOR unit.

Only steps to the beach! This unit is not beachfront. Direct walk-out access to the pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam topper, TV & ceiling fan. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and 2 recliners for your comfort. The perfect condo for a family of 5 when using the inflatable twin size mattress.

We do have a security camera at the door entrance.

The space

When you arrive at the condo, you will have keyless entry. The code will be given to you 1 week prior to your arrival.

As you walk down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom on your right with the king-size bed, memory foam topper, and nautical decor. Next is the bathroom with a combination shower and tub, plenty of fresh towels, a blow dryer, makeup towels, and a magnifying mirror. As you walk out of the bathroom the washer and dryer are right there for your convenience.

Walk down the hall to the full kitchen on the right and the living room is straight ahead with an awesome view of the pool just beyond the patio. Open sliding glass door to access the nice size patio with table & chairs with seating for 4.

We provide several items that might otherwise take up valuable space in your luggage, such as laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, sunscreen, aloe vera, beach towels, beach bag, cooler, beach chairs, toys, etc.

Guest access

You will be provided with a parking pass. Although there are no assigned parking spaces, there is ample parking right outside this unit.

Other things to note

This unique unit is one of only 81 condos on this property. It includes a gated pool and secure access

This is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Guests enjoy this east end of Panama City Beach due to the reduced traffic and congestion.

Pool View Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

Nautical Watch Beachside and Pool View. Not beachfront. No roads to cross. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building F, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped swimming pool and is only a 2-minute walk to the beachfront. Located in our secluded, 81-unit complex at Nautical Watch. Full-service kitchen with everything you need.

The space

We have beach towels, a beach bag, a beach bag cooler, sunscreen, and aloe vera. No need to pack it. This beautifully decorated condo is located in a cozy 81-unit complex. There are no elevators, so no waiting on an elevator. Spacious beach and you will always be able to find a spot for your chairs and/or tent.

You can sit by the pool and enjoy the beautifully landscaped area with tables/chairs/umbrellas and lounge chairs. Even charcoal grills for you to cook out. This is definitely a complex you will want to come back to year after year.

Guest access

You will be given a code to access the Nautical Watch condo prior to your arrival. There is ample parking and once you enter the condo there will be a parking pass on the bar. This MUST be put in your car windshield in order not to be towed.

Other things to note

If you would like us to do your grocery shopping for you for your arrival, please reach out to us, and we can set that up.

The dumpster is located between Building F and Building A & C. The trash must be taken out prior to departure. Please make sure that you start the dishwasher, put the towels in the washer, and take everything out of the refrigerator that you brought. Thank you!

Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

Beach side (not beachfront), beach view, and poolside. You have the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from your kitchen window and the pool view from your living room & private balcony. This unique 81 condo complex has all the best. Centrally located to everything, The World’s Most Beautiful Beach, tropical oasis pool area, charcoal grills for your dining experience, minutes from St. Andrews State Park, and so many shops & restaurants. You can enjoy our private access beach or the pool.

Guest access

Your condo will be yours and yours alone, along with your private balcony. The shared space includes the beach, pool, lounging area and grills.

Other things to note

OCTOBER SPECIAL- EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Based on availability. If we have someone already booked the day you are arriving and they have chosen late check-out, we may not be able to do an early check-in. Then you would be offered late check-out.

Beachfront Condo (2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom)

Relax with your family at the beach or poolside! This condo is one of the few that has 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor of the condo and the 2nd bedroom is the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom is suitable for adult baths and for kids a shower. Nice vanity area for make up, toilet, sink with lighting. The living room has a 65” TV.

This condo has a beach view from the master bedroom and front door. The living room and loft both have a pool view.

The space

When you first walk into the condo, you can see our beautiful pool area straight ahead through the sliding glass doors. The master bedroom is on the left side, next is the bathroom and FULL SIZE washer and dryer.

Walk straight through the hall way and the kitchen is on the left. This unit is open-concept with a living room and spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom and bathroom. Take a look out the master bedroom and you will see the beach and out the loft bedroom and you will see the tropical landscaped pool area.

You have total access to the entire condo, pool area, beach, poolside grills, showers at the pool, and the beach access.

We do offer beach service with a chair and umbrella for an additional fee.

Beachfront Condo (2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

2-bedroom beachfront condo! This unit is located on the 3rd floor (no elevators) and will sleep up to 6 people (one bedroom with king bed, loft with queen bed, and one bath). Balcony overlooks the beach with a breathtaking view of the gulf. No need to bring your beach towels, we have them for you in the condo.

The space

The condo is beachfront, and the balcony overlooks the beach. The main floor has the Master bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There is a loft with a queen bed and a spiral staircase. Loft has it’s own AC unit.

Guest access

Guest have access to main floor of the unit & loft, unit balcony, private beach access, and pool area which includes grills and public restrooms for the guests/owners of Nautical Watch.

Other things to note

Once you enter the unit, you will be so relaxed that you will leave all the other life stuff at the door. Have a great time, and enjoy your time in your home away from home.
