Best months to visit?
Of course, our beautiful summer months but September and October are guest favorites — fewer people, cooler temperatures, and some of the most beautiful beach days of the year.

We do have dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels (1) toilet paper (2 rolls), laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Turkish beach towels, Igloo cooler, sunscreen, beach bag and beach chairs. BEST OF ALL NO RESORT FEES!!

We have a smart lock on the door for your access. We send the code the day of or day before your arrival. Much easier than keeping track of a key!!

Beach conditions can vary by season.
This is a true beachfront property, which means you may experience natural elements such as salt air, wind and occasional seaweed depending on conditions. These are part of the authentic Gulf-front experience.
As with all beachfront homes in Florida, occasional insects (including palmetto bugs or no-see-ums can appear due to coastal climate. We maintain regular professional pest control, but nature can still make an appearance from time to time. Please keep doors closed especially at night with lights on.

Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

You’ll have a beach vacation you won’t forget in this beautiful Nautical Watch condo located on the East end of Panama City Beach, just steps away from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. This unit is a 1-bedroom with a king-size bed, full bath, kitchen, dishwasher, TV, Free Wi-Fi, spacious private balcony, and washer/dryer in unit.

Enjoy a beautifully landscaped pool area complete with outdoor grills, shaded picnic area, showers, restrooms and chairs for achieving that perfect tan.

The space

Parking is located in front of your building. There is no reserved parking but plenty of parking available. This is an end unit and you have 2 flights of stairs before entering the unit. You walk in and the Master bedroom will be on the left side, bathroom and washer and dryer are all on the left side. Walk down the hall to the kitchen and open-concept living area. The sliding glass doors open to the balcony overlooking the tropical landscaped pool area.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owner’s closet.

Other things to note

Our beaches are beautiful, and we have a gated boardwalk. Since we are only an 81-complex property, there is plenty of beach area. The pool area is the perfect spot for the sun throughout the day.

Beachfront Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

BEACHFRONT 1 bedroom condo where you can sit on your balcony and enjoy your coffee, watch the dolphins play in the Gulf, have a beverage in the evening, and watch the beautiful sunsets.

The condo is tastefully decorated with a queen-sized bed in the master and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, and you can still enjoy the Gulf while cooking.

We provide 2 beach towels, a beach bag, a bag cooler, sunscreen, and aloe vera gel for those days when you get too much sun.

Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

Beach side (not beachfront), beach view, and poolside. You have the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from your kitchen window and the pool view from your living room & private balcony. This unique 81 condo complex has all the best. Centrally located to everything, The World’s Most Beautiful Beach, tropical oasis pool area, charcoal grills for your dining experience, minutes from St. Andrews State Park, and so many shops & restaurants. You can enjoy our private access beach or the pool.

Guest access

Your condo will be yours and yours alone, along with your private balcony. The shared space includes the beach, pool, lounging area and grills.

Other things to note

OCTOBER SPECIAL- EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Based on availability. If we have someone already booked the day you are arriving and they have chosen late check-out, we may not be able to do an early check-in. Then you would be offered late check-out.

Beachfront Condo (2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

2-bedroom beachfront condo! This unit is located on the 3rd floor (no elevators) and will sleep up to 6 people (one bedroom with king bed, loft with queen bed, and one bath). Balcony overlooks the beach with a breathtaking view of the gulf. No need to bring your beach towels, we have them for you in the condo.

The space

The condo is beachfront, and the balcony overlooks the beach. The main floor has the Master bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There is a loft with a queen bed and a spiral staircase. Loft has it’s own AC unit.

Guest access

Guest have access to main floor of the unit & loft, unit balcony, private beach access, and pool area which includes grills and public restrooms for the guests/owners of Nautical Watch.

Once you enter the unit, you will be so relaxed that you will leave all the other life stuff at the door. Have a great time, and enjoy your time in your home away from home.
