The space
An 81 condo complex with only 3 stories with no elevators to wait on. We have a lot of beach frontage to enjoy, not like high rises. Our pool has showers, restrooms, lounge chairs poolside, tables and chairs poolside with propane grills available for your use. Ample Free parking and close to your condo. On the East end of beach with plenty of restaurants, shopping, libations and so much more.

Guest will be given a door code the day of arrival. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am

We do have dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels (1) toilet paper (2 rolls), laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Turkish beach towels, Igloo cooler, sunscreen, beach bag and beach chairs. BEST OF ALL NO RESORT FEES!!

We have a smart lock on the door for your access. We send the code the day of or day before your arrival. Much easier than keeping track of a key!!

Beach conditions can vary by season.
This is a true beachfront property, which means you may experience natural elements such as salt air, wind and occasional seaweed depending on conditions. These are part of the authentic Gulf-front experience.
As with all beachfront homes in Florida, occasional insects (including palmetto bugs or no-see-ums can appear due to coastal climate. We maintain regular professional pest control, but nature can still make an appearance from time to time. Please keep doors closed especially at night with lights on.

First-Floor Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

BEACHSIDE and pool view! 1-bedroom condo is a BOTTOM FLOOR unit.

Only steps to the beach! This unit is not beachfront. Direct walk-out access to the pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam topper, TV & ceiling fan. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and 2 recliners for your comfort. The perfect condo for a family of 5 when using the inflatable twin size mattress.

We do have a security camera at the door entrance.

The space

When you arrive at the condo, you will have keyless entry. The code will be given to you 1 week prior to your arrival.

As you walk down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom on your right with the king-size bed, memory foam topper, and nautical decor. Next is the bathroom with a combination shower and tub, plenty of fresh towels, a blow dryer, makeup towels, and a magnifying mirror. As you walk out of the bathroom the washer and dryer are right there for your convenience.

Walk down the hall to the full kitchen on the right and the living room is straight ahead with an awesome view of the pool just beyond the patio. Open sliding glass door to access the nice size patio with table & chairs with seating for 4.

We provide several items that might otherwise take up valuable space in your luggage, such as laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, sunscreen, aloe vera, beach towels, beach bag, cooler, beach chairs, toys, etc.

You will be provided with a parking pass. Although there are no assigned parking spaces, there is ample parking right outside this unit.

This is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Guests enjoy this east end of Panama City Beach due to the reduced traffic and congestion.

The space

Parking is located in front of your building. There is no reserved parking but plenty of parking available. This is an end unit and you have 2 flights of stairs before entering the unit. You walk in and the Master bedroom will be on the left side, bathroom and washer and dryer are all on the left side. Walk down the hall to the kitchen and open-concept living area. The sliding glass doors open to the balcony overlooking the tropical landscaped pool area.

Guests have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owner’s closet.

Other things to note

Our beaches are beautiful, and we have a gated boardwalk. Since we are only an 81-complex property, there is plenty of beach area. The pool area is the perfect spot for the sun throughout the day.

Pool View Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

Nautical Watch Beachside and Pool View. Not beachfront. No roads to cross. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building F, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped swimming pool and is only a 2-minute walk to the beachfront. Located in our secluded, 81-unit complex at Nautical Watch. Full-service kitchen with everything you need.

The space

We have beach towels, a beach bag, a beach bag cooler, sunscreen, and aloe vera. No need to pack it. This beautifully decorated condo is located in a cozy 81-unit complex. There are no elevators, so no waiting on an elevator. Spacious beach and you will always be able to find a spot for your chairs and/or tent.

You can sit by the pool and enjoy the beautifully landscaped area with tables/chairs/umbrellas and lounge chairs. Even charcoal grills for you to cook out. This is definitely a complex you will want to come back to year after year.

You will be given a code to access the Nautical Watch condo prior to your arrival. There is ample parking and once you enter the condo there will be a parking pass on the bar. This MUST be put in your car windshield in order not to be towed.

Other things to note

If you would like us to do your grocery shopping for you for your arrival, please reach out to us, and we can set that up.

The dumpster is located between Building F and Building A & C. The trash must be taken out prior to departure. Please make sure that you start the dishwasher, put the towels in the washer, and take everything out of the refrigerator that you brought. Thank you!

Poolside Condo (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom)

Barefoot in the sand and that is what you will have at this 1-bedroom condo that sleeps 4 people. You are only steps away from the beach where it is a wide open space for your enjoyment. This is a 1st floor unit, so you don’t have to wait on any elevator (we don’t have any). You can park right outside your door, which makes it easy to unload and load. King-size bed in master, and (new) sleeper sofa, along with a full kitchen.

The space

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a full closet, and an armoire for your use. The living room has a new sectional and also a sleeper sofa with a recliner and TV. The living room and open kitchen overlook the tropical pool area.

Just steps from the beach/pool and charcoal grills that are available. There are also showers at the pool and the beach to rinse off. There is a dining table in the living area and a full-size appliance kitchen which includes the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We also have a coffee maker and just about everything you will need to prepare a meal. A full-size washer and dryer too! Convenience, comfort and relaxation is what you get.

Guest will be given a beach access code and door entry code 2-3 days prior to your arrival. You can enjoy our wide-open beaches, pool area, showers, restrooms and charcoal grill area. Better yet there are no parking fees (it’s FREE) and no resort fees, it is all included.

Other things to note

We will provide 4 beach towels, a beach bag, beach bag cooler, sunscreen, and aloe vera so don’t you don’t have to waste the space in your luggage. Just leave them in the condo when you leave for the next guest or you will be charged $20.00 per item.

Your condo will be yours and yours alone, along with your private balcony. The shared space includes the beach, pool, lounging area and grills.

OCTOBER SPECIAL- EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Based on availability. If we have someone already booked the day you are arriving and they have chosen late check-out, we may not be able to do an early check-in. Then you would be offered late check-out.
