Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 2,00pm, and check-out time is at 10.00am. Please enquire at [email protected] if you need to make special arrangements. A government issued form of identification is required for hotels and accommodation to comply with the terms of providing lodgings within the state of Victoria.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are in the driveway outside the front door.
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items: Hotel Trentham Villas is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please ensure you protect your valuables.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Towels and Linens: Clean towels will be provided for each guest for stays longer than 3 nights. Linen change will be done every 3 days if required.
Parking: One complimentary parking is provided for each. Additional free parking is located in Market Street.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial 000.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Front Door Code: Your front door code will be provided on the morning of your check-in. Do not share your code with others.

Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Refund Policy: We are happy to offer a full refund with 7 days’ notice in writing to [email protected]. We are happy to offer a 50% refund or full credit for cancellations made with 2-6 days’ notice prior to booking date. We are unable to offer a refund or credit for cancellations within 48 hours of booking date.
Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
Damage and/or Theft of Villa Property: You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), villa premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Hotel Trentham Villas reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Hotel Trentham Villas as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorise us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Villa property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, loss of future bookings etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage to Rooms: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to villa property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Damage to Mattresses and Bedding: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, blood, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
