Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a property. Payment for the rental must be made as per the booking agreement. Additional fees or charges may apply for extra services or amenities.
3% Cancellation Fee up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in and check-out times must be adhered. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless otherwise arranged with the host. The host will meet in person for both check-in and check-out to deliver/receive keys.
Guests must adhere to all posted house rules and local laws, including observing quiet hours and respecting neighbors. Use only our interior Bluetooth speakers for music; no external DJs. For exterior music, portable speakers are allowed. No open flames, such as candles, lanterns, or torches, are permitted. No confetti or glitter is allowed to maintain the estate’s cleanliness. Hanging decorations are allowed but must be removed after the event to restore the property to its original condition. Decorations that could potentially damage or permanently alter the estate’s structure or landscaping are restricted. Using tape, adhesive, or pins on walls, floors, or surfaces is permitted to a certain degree but must prevent damage. Noisy decorations, like confetti cannons or fireworks, are not allowed to comply with noise ordinances. Temporary structures, such as archways, are approved but must be taken down after the event to restore the property to its original condition. All clean-up must be completed by the check-out time.
Guests are responsible for any damage fees, including but not limited to plumbing issues (e.g., clogs), electrical issues, damage to appliances, mess, water waste, and any other damage, incurred during their stay. All damage fees start at $1,000. Guests are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance.
Pets are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking is also strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. A cleaning fee of $500 is a fixed cleaning charge for each stay. Apart from access to the property and its amenities, no additional services or supplies are provided. If you require catering, tables, or chairs for your gatherings, you will need to arrange for those independently.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the property. Visitors/Gatherings must be approved by the host and adhere to the house rules.
The host reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any other reasonable cause.
In case of disputes, guests and hosts are encouraged to communicate and attempt to resolve issues amicably. If disputes cannot be resolved, the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction will govern the resolution process. Guests acknowledge and agree that in the event of a dispute, they are financially responsible for any damages or additional cleaning charges incurred during their stay. The host and platform are absolved of any liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or any other losses or damages that occur during the stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
