AL ALALANAH tree is a very old, endangered tree in Oman which grows on hights between 2,050 meters and 3,009 meters. It is part of Coniferous family which called ARA’AR which is always green and it can goes up to 12 meters long. This tree has a very nice smell and it is different from other trees around the world. People in JABAL AKHDHAR use this tree to make some medical products. They use its wood for building homes roofs (this is what is used in this room) furthermore, the smoke of its wood is used to get rid of any unwanted bugs, snakes or any other creatures.
