This listing is a 2 bedroom bungalow, with a shared bath in between, all detached from the main house, with a lovely covered deck common area that features an outside fireplace. The rooms are all natural bead-board finished and have reclaimed pine wood floors. We stock the rooms with locally made soaps & Starbucks coffee. It also has a private outside hot/cold shower! We are in walking distance to Olde Town Manteo where you’ll find art galleries, restaurants & gift boutiques.
The space
This rental is set up to include BOTH The Cameron Room and The Brandon Room and is perfect for families with children (12 or older) & friends or a girls outing. You have the two private rooms along with the beautiful common area on the covered deck that serves as a great spot for reading, eating, resting and socializing. Breakfast is included.
Guest Access
Guest have access to all common areas, the backyard & the outside shower!
During Your Stay
We live in the main house which is detached and are available to help with any questions you may have.

Enjoy cookies by a local baker ~ The Sweater Box Confections ~ which are in the room and the fridge is stocked with Pellegrino varieties & bottled water. Enjoy each morning, a fresh “Bread Basket” served with locally homemade jam by ~ Island Jams ~. The basket/tray will be placed on the serving cart on the deck along with fresh oranges for “Fresh Squeezed” juice to go with.
Anniversary / Birthday Trays
These are available for an additional charge and include:

The Space
The Brandon or Cameron room ~ private ~ detached from the main house ~ connected by a covered breezeway and wonderful siting area along with private walkway/entrance. Relax just outside the guest rooms by the cozy working fireplace on the covered deck, where the Jasmin will bloom in the spring as it twines along the porch posts & railings or, curl up with a good book on the comfy seating as the sound of the water feature in the garden burbles in the background.
Guest Access
Guests have a private walkway to the entrance of their quarters. They have access to the covered deck with the working fireplace, along with the backyard, & outdoor shower.
During Your Stay
My husband and I live on the property and will be your host! I mostly will available during your stay to answer any questions and to be of any help you might need during your stay.
Anniversary or Birthday trays are available upon request…additionally priced depending upon your selections!
