We are in walking distance to Olde Town Manteo where you’ll find art galleries, restaurants & gift boutiques. A Private room, DETACHED, with all natural bead-board finishing and reclaimed pine wood floors. We stock the room with locally made, hand-crafted soaps by the Waterside Weaver, & Starbucks coffee. It has a private outside hot/cold shower (& an inside one of course!) and an outdoor fireplace.. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.
The Space
The Brandon or Cameron room ~ private ~ detached from the main house ~ connected by a covered breezeway and wonderful siting area along with private walkway/entrance. Relax just outside the guest rooms by the cozy working fireplace on the covered deck, where the Jasmin will bloom in the spring as it twines along the porch posts & railings or, curl up with a good book on the comfy seating as the sound of the water feature in the garden burbles in the background.
Guest Access
Guests have a private walkway to the entrance of their quarters. They have access to the covered deck with the working fireplace, along with the backyard, & outdoor shower.
During Your Stay
My husband and I live on the property and will be your host! I mostly will available during your stay to answer any questions and to be of any help you might need during your stay.
Anniversary or Birthday trays are available upon request…additionally priced depending upon your selections!
Other things to note
Enjoy cookies by a local baker ~ The Sweater-Box Confections ~ which are in the room and the fridge is stocked with Pellegrino varieties & bottled water. Enjoy each morning, a breakfast tray served with locally homemade jam by ~ Island Jams and other assorted yummies ~. The breakfast tray will be placed on the serving cart on the deck along with fresh oranges for “Fresh Squeezed” juice to go with.
