Decorated with Julie’s mom in mind (who was a rancher in eastern Colorado) this room captures the feel of living in the country. Bob and Julie were both raised on ranches and hopes this room adds a bit of whimsy to the country way of life. This room has two comfy smaller beds covered with bright quilts. The cheerful colors and flowers reflect a country day. The view in this room faces the rising sun and moon coming over the edge of the mesa. We want our guests in this room to say to themselves, “So this is what the western slope is all about.” This room also has a private bath with a huge soaking tub. Please note that this room has a steep, spiral staircase from the bathroom to the bedroom.

This is the perfect room for a romantic getaway. This room has a separate guest entry. We think this room is set-up for a super comfortable stay. The king-size bed with a lace canopy is deliciously soft and comfortable. The bathroom has glass doors, beautiful dual basins and a convenient makeup mirror. Enjoy a private 2-person Jacuzzi en suite. Finish the day with a glass of wine in the observatory with friends or just each other, with a panoramic view.

In memory of Bob’s father this room was designed with the sportsman in mind. Bob Senior was hunting in the autumn or fishing in the summer, he loved to be in the mountains or at a river. This room reflects the nature and spirit of the outdoors and Southwestern Colorado. If you have been snowmobiling or pedaling a mountain bike, you will appreciate the Jacuzzi tub and the soft comfort of the queen size log bed. After a fun-filled day relax in the common room with friends or sit outside at the fire pit. You will enjoy a home-cooked breakfast before you head out for another day under the Colorado sun. An added benefit to this ground floor room is the accessibility for special needs. Our house has ramps from the front door and in the shower.

This room is great for that romantic getaway. This room features a nice view of the vineyards and Horse Mountain. With three large windows there is plenty of natural light which is perfect for reading and relaxing. This large room features a queen size sleigh bed with beautiful bedding. In the private bath enjoy soaking in a tub built for two… I’ll leave the rest for your imagination. Please be aware that this room has a steep spiral staircase from the bathroom to the bedroom.
